Windows floor plan sketching · Release preparation
Turn wall measurements into a labeled floor outline you can use in a property report. Draw with the keyboard or mouse, adjust each section, and see the area update as you work.
Developed with input from and used by a practicing real estate appraiser.
Illustrative outline; not a client drawing.
Built for the sketch workflow
Keep the geometry visible and the controls close at hand, from the first wall through the final image.
Enter wall lengths, choose a direction, and build a floor outline with the keyboard or mouse. Add curves and shaped sections when a straight wall is not enough.
Move points or selected walls, change a section length, and use Undo or Redo. Area totals update with the drawing.
Name floors, classify livable areas, account for a typed garage deduction, then copy or save a labeled PNG for your report.

Before you use it
Sqft Master runs on Windows 11 x64 with an English interface. It exports PNG images and saves editable drawing files locally. It does not include PDF export, cloud sync, mobile apps, or an ANSI Z765 compliance mode.
Check measurements, area classifications, and deductions against the requirements of each report. Sqft Master helps produce the sketch; you remain in control of the final figures.
